The Astrophysics Group has recently joined with the SARA project. This is the Southern Association for Research in Astronomy. Together with researchers from:

University of Georgia
Valdosta State University

Clemson shares time on the SARA 0.9-meter telescope located at Kitt Peak, Arizona. Faculty and students at Clemson University are currently conducting remote observing runs from a room in the Kinard Laboratory of Physics.
